Key Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead JD.com’s strategic relationships with major clients in the Dubai market, ensuring long‑term partnership success and driving revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison, understanding client needs and delivering tailored supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop key client requirements, building high‑level relationships and account strategies.
• Design and present customized supply‑chain solutions, including cost modelling and pricing strategies, and lead bidding and negotiation processes.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring quality, profitability, and payment schedules while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence to produce analysis reports that inform product innovation and strategic decisions.
• Manage and mentor project teams, driving efficiency through training, incentives, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or client development within a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical ability to translate industry trends into actionable solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead multidisciplinary teams.
