Key Account Manager – Hospitality (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and expand our portfolio of corporate and key hotel accounts in Dubai. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and key hotel accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact, conducting regular meetings, business reviews and site visits.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals and long‑term partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate account data and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and prepare sales forecasts.
• Support new client acquisition and broader business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales or hotel sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Dubai for client engagements.
