About the role
The Culinary Coach will ensure exceptional culinary experiences for guests at Address Hotels + Resorts, representing the brand throughout the guest journey and delivering flawless food service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in F&B production according to service standards and procedures.
- Prevent complaints, manage service recovery, and proactively communicate with team members to prioritize guest interests.
- Maintain high-quality food consistency to turn guests into loyal fans.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma in catering; college degree in hotel management or related field preferred.
- 1‑2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of local food hygiene regulations.
- Understanding of HACCP guidelines.
