Key Account Manager – Hospitality & Retail

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow its presence across hospitality and retail channels in the UAE. The role combines new‑business acquisition with strategic account management, targeting hotels, resorts, modern trade, supermarkets, furniture retailers and premium retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, negotiate and close new key accounts across hospitality and retail segments.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers at property, group, distributor and retail‑chain levels.
• Manage account performance, renewals, reorders, product range expansion and seasonal scent rotations.
• Coordinate scent installation, service schedules and operational hand‑over with internal operations teams.
• Secure product listings, monitor stock, merchandising and POS placement in retail outlets.
• Track market developments such as new hotel openings, refurbishments and ownership changes.

Required profile

• Strong network and market knowledge within the UAE hospitality and retail sectors.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to long‑term relationship building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
