Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

This position is with an established international business looking to expand its Dubai team. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Handle client enquiries from initial request through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow existing accounts.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and relevant commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively manage their requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Client Services or a similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactive, results‑driven approach with strong organisational attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• UAE experience is advantageous.
