Key Account Manager

About the role

Al Shula, the leading distributor of Mattel Toys across the GCC, is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with the company’s most important retail partners, driving sales, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Present product lines, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate to secure orders and increase market share.
• Identify new customer opportunities across the region through market research and proactive outreach.
• Achieve sales targets by planning and executing strategic activities, monitoring performance, and adjusting tactics.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.
• Provide weekly updates on product information and stock status to customers.
• Support customers with marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
• Manage timely collections on credit, monitoring invoices and following up to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make data‑driven pricing and promotional decisions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in key account management or commercial sales, preferably in consumer goods or toys.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make analytical decisions.
