Key Customer Support UAE National

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to manage strategic customer relationships, focusing on Government and semi‑government entities in the UAE. The role will help resolve payment challenges, oversee contractual securities and support dispute resolution to protect cash flow and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, especially Government and semi‑government organisations.
• Act as the primary contact for commercial and contractual matters related to customer payments and obligations.
• Support timely collection of outstanding receivables and improve payment performance across assigned accounts.
• Identify, investigate and assist in resolving commercial and contractual disputes affecting payments.
• Coordinate escalations with internal teams and senior customer stakeholders to achieve practical outcomes.
• Administer bonds, guarantees, letters of credit and other contractual securities, monitoring expirations, renewals and releases.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on payment status, disputes, customer engagement and financial risk.
• Participate in internal workshops, customer meetings and executive reviews focused on cash‑flow improvement.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) holding a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, payment terms and financial risk.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations and Project teams.
