Casualty Underwriter – UAE National (Dubai)

Key responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the team in underwriting, marketing, selling, and promoting all liability products.
- Underwrite new business production and renewal retention sourced through brokers, direct clients, and business development managers.
Required profile
- Maintain casualty underwriting principles in line with corporate guidelines and profit goals.
- Develop strategic relationships with producers in GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia.
- Make sound underwriting decisions, price risks appropriately, and monitor renewal loss ratios.
- Identify and address poor‑performing accounts while maintaining broker and client relationships.
