KG 2 Lead and Class Teacher

About the role

Al Nayfa KG is seeking an experienced KG 2 Lead and Class Teacher to drive high‑quality learning for early‑years students. The role combines classroom teaching with grade‑level leadership, focusing on student wellbeing and overall school development.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and implement a vision for outstanding student learning across KG 2.
• Set clear direction for continuous improvement and high‑quality outcomes.
• Develop and support policies, curricula, and practices aligned with UAE National Agenda priorities.
• Provide professional leadership in curriculum development, classroom instruction, and teacher development.
• Induct and mentor new teachers, fostering a collaborative team spirit.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the Taaleem Partnership Team.
• Participate in school self‑evaluation and improvement planning.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.
• Strong curriculum knowledge and familiarity with UAE educational priorities.
• Experience providing pastoral care to students.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative team‑player with flexible leadership abilities.
