Kids And Teens Club Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to lead our on‑site club at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. In this full‑time position you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of staff, and create safe, engaging programmes for children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily club activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all participants.
• Plan, organise and coordinate age‑appropriate recreational, educational and social programmes.
• Lead, train and mentor club staff, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, health regulations and organisational policies.
• Communicate with parents, guardians and staff about programme updates and participant progress.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth‑focused organisation or recreational facility.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development and behaviour management.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and families.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Proficiency in conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience with programme evaluation and data tracking.
