Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service, preparing mise‑en‑place for all outlets as required.
• Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain clean, hygienic work areas and adhere to food safety and protection standards, including proper storage, dating and rotation.
• Support departmental training, checklist adherence, and cleaning schedules.
• Assist at events, banquets and other functions, following personal hygiene, fire safety and health & safety rules.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation (HACCP).
• Basic knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with food storage, stock rotation and waste control.
• Food Handler or Food Safety Certificate.
