Kids and Teens Club Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to lead our youth club at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and teenagers while overseeing daily club operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily club operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan, organize and coordinate age‑appropriate recreational, educational and social activities.
• Lead, train and mentor club staff, providing performance feedback and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations and organisational policies.
• Monitor participant behaviour, applying positive discipline strategies.
• Communicate with parents, guardians and staff regarding program updates and participant progress.
• Manage club resources, including equipment, supplies and facilities.
• Maintain detailed records of attendance, incidents and program evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth‑focused or recreational setting.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development and behaviour management.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate programmes.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience with programme evaluation and data tracking.
