Kids Club Animator Russian Speaker

About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic Kids Club Animator who speaks Russian to join the recreation team at its Fujairah resort. The role involves creating a safe, fun environment for families and managing a variety of guest‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the Kids Club and provide information about all recreation facilities, including pools, beach, fitness centre and entertainment zones.
• Recruit, register and schedule children for daily activities, ensuring a lively and inclusive atmosphere.
• Enforce safety rules, monitor activities, and respond to emergencies or injuries in accordance with local procedures.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments for equipment rentals and activity fees, and provide cashier services.
• Assist with private functions and group events held in recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, report accidents and complete required safety training.
• Deliver courteous service, answer telephone enquiries, and support guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian language skills combined with strong English communication.
• Professional appearance and ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and able to lift moderate loads.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Basic computer proficiency for entering transactions and accessing information.
• Ability to read and visually inspect equipment and safety signage.
