About the role
The Waiter/Waitress position is a full‑time, on‑site role at Buffalo Wings & Rings in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Set, clean and organize tables, and maintain overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Answer guest questions, suggest menu items and pairings, and handle bills and payments.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and basic menu awareness.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
