Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures the smooth operation of the resort’s children’s club, delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for young guests. Working on‑site at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, you will support daily programmes and maintain high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Kids Club to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment for wear or damage and perform necessary adjustments.
• Collect and manage supplies according to resort procedures.
• Plan and deliver daily and weekly children’s programmes.
• Provide information on facilities, activity options, rules and regulations.
• Record attendance and monitor activities to ensure safety and compliance.
• Promote children’s activities and handle customer complaints or forward them to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, vehicles, facilities and surrounding areas.
• Explain safety devices to children and supervise proper use.
• Attend meetings, training sessions and occasional babysitting duties as required.
• Uphold personal hygiene, uniform standards and professional conduct at all times.
• Suggest improvements to supervisors and undertake special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of resort products and services.
• Ability to enforce rules, ensure safety and handle unruly behaviour.
• Polite, professional and punctual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to attend training, meetings and flexible duties.

• Safety device explanation and supervision.
