Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant will create a safe, fun, and educational environment for children and teens staying at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. You will be the primary point of contact for young guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
• Plan and deliver engaging, educational activities for children and teenagers.
• Identify returning guests, VIPs, and tailor experiences to exceed expectations.
• Maintain zero‑accident safety standards and enforce childcare guidelines.
• Inspect, maintain, and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to improve operational procedures.
• Organize special events and festivities for children.
• Monitor departmental supplies, stock levels, and cost control.
• Provide feedback and updates to the Recreation Supervisor regarding guest feedback and operational concerns.
