Kitchen Admin

About the role

The Kitchen Admin supports the hotel’s food and beverage operations by handling administrative tasks, communicating with guests and internal teams, and ensuring smooth office workflows. This full‑time position is based at the Aloft Abu Dhabi property and reports to the kitchen management team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone and email, answering questions and processing requests.
• Enter, update, and retrieve data in computer databases, reservation systems, and point‑of‑sale platforms.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Operate standard office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and scanners.
• Proofread and edit written communications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb.

Required skills
