Kitchen Helper – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen operations in Dubai. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic food preparation to ensure smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve and measure ingredients from refrigerator, freezer and stockroom according to the cook’s instructions.
• Wash, peel, cut and slice vegetables and other items for meal preparation.
• Assist in unloading food deliveries and storing supplies properly.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Organise and store kitchen equipment and utensils in their designated locations.
• Pack take‑out orders as required.
• Remove expired or spoiled items and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Good knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
