About the role

The Kitchen Steward supports the Food & Beverage operations at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal by ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean, hygienic and fully stocked with spotless dishware and linens.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
Clean kitchen equipment, surfaces, and dining ware to hotel standards.
Transport dishware, utensils and linens between kitchen, service areas and laundry.
Follow health, safety and quality procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents.
Lift, move and carry items up to 50 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.

Required profile

No high‑school diploma or prior experience required.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching overhead and lifting up to 50 lb.
Commitment to a safe workplace, professional appearance and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

Dishwashing machine operation.
Hand‑wash station operation.
Linen washer and dryer operation.
General cleaning equipment use.
