About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to internal customers. The Kitchen Technician – Engineering works within the hotel’s Engineering Department, focusing on the kitchen area and related equipment, and collaborates closely with other operational teams to minimise downtime.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering Department in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of hotel facilities.
- Support other operating departments by providing timely technical assistance and maintenance services.
- Maintain a high level of service quality for internal customers and guests.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of work experience in a hotel or a large building/complex with a central plant.
- Or a minimum of two years of college or technical school education combined with related experience or training.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
