Labour Relations Clerk

About the role

As a Labour Relations Clerk at ALEC Holdings you will ensure that all candidate CV packs received from recruitment agencies are accurate, complete and compliant with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in maintaining confidentiality of candidate data and supporting smooth recruitment processes across large-scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify all new CV packs, checking applicant forms, offer letters, salary details, passport copies, photos, MOHRE approvals and other supporting documents.
• Identify missing, unclear or non-compliant documents and communicate corrections to recruitment agencies or the Labour Officer.
• Upload verified CV packs into the internal system while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain records of uploaded packs and report any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform any additional duties related to CV pack verification as directed by management.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in labour relations, recruitment documentation or HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
