Landscape & Swimming Pool Civil Engineer

About the role

The Landscape & Swimming Pool Civil Engineer will lead the planning, execution, supervision and quality control of all landscaping and swimming‑pool works in Dubai. You will coordinate structural, hydraulic and MEP activities while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and Dubai Municipality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and landscape drawings; provide value‑engineering solutions.
• Supervise excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, waterproofing and finishes for both hard‑scape and soft‑scape works.
• Manage irrigation systems, pool plumbing and related MEP installations.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly schedules, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and track manpower and material consumption.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Produce method statements, technical reports, material submittals, RFIs and maintain site documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in landscape and swimming‑pool civil engineering.
• UAE driving licence – mandatory.
• Proven ability to work on‑site and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
