Landscape & Swimming Pool Manager

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Landscape & Swimming Pool Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale landscaping and pool projects across its residential, hospitality and commercial developments in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hard landscaping works such as pathways, retaining walls, planters, paving, kerbing and street furniture.
• Manage soft landscaping activities including topsoil preparation, tree and shrub planting, turf laying and ground‑cover installation.
• Supervise irrigation system installation – mainlines, sub‑mains, drip lines, sprinkler heads and smart controllers.
• Direct full execution of swimming pool construction, from excavation and shuttering to reinforcement, shotcrete/concrete works and finishing.
• Control waterproofing application, tiling, coping and overall pool finishing according to specifications.
• Manage installation of pool mechanical and electrical systems – pumps, filters, pipework, lighting and automation panels.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain detailed logs and ensure compliance with UAE authority approval processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of hands‑on construction execution experience in landscape and swimming‑pool works.
• At least 3 years of experience on UAE construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale landscape and pool packages for residential, hospitality or commercial developments.
• Experience managing subcontractors, specialist suppliers and multicultural site teams.
