About the role
Rotana Hotels is seeking a motivated Laundry Attendant to join the team at Park Rotana & Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. You will ensure guest laundry services are delivered promptly and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
- Maintain concise work practices to achieve quality results.
- Care for and operate the flat iron equipment safely.
- Feed food & beverage linen into the flat iron.
- Fold bed sheets and towels according to hotel standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
- Adhere to fire and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Vocational training in laundry operations.
- Previous experience in a similar hotel laundry role.
- Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Customer‑driven, courteous, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
- Team player with strong adaptability and responsibility.
