Lead AI Engineer

About the role

Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to head the design, development, and production deployment of scalable AI and Generative AI solutions. The role blends technical leadership with people management, guiding a growing AI engineering team from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI and engineering professionals.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, AI Agent, and multimodal applications.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure high standards of software architecture and engineering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Champion responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering.
• Proven people‑management and team‑leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and natural language processing predating the GenAI era.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying production‑scale AI applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
