Lead Concept Architect – Residential

About the role

Azizi is seeking a Lead Concept Architect (Residential) to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Concept – Residential, you will shape the design direction of flagship residential projects such as Riviera, Mina on Palm Jumeirah, Creek Views, Park Avenue, and Venice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design phase, creating visionary ideas and strategies for residential developments.
• Collaborate with clients to capture their needs and translate them into compelling architectural concepts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary designers to ensure cohesive project development.
• Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, integrating innovative technologies and sustainable practices.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including significant UAE exposure.
• Creative thinker with a strong passion for design and innovation.
• Self‑motivated, problem‑solver able to adapt to changing project requirements and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Advanced proficiency in V‑Ray or comparable rendering software.
