Lead Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to drive our cybersecurity practice across the full engagement lifecycle. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing consulting, pre‑sales support, solution design, project execution, and delivery governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and business development teams during pre‑sales engagements, including requirements discovery, solution design, effort estimation, and proposal input.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity engagements, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee service delivery across domains such as GRC, incident management, threat detection, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security engineering.
• Act as primary client contact, manage expectations, communicate progress, and translate complex security concepts for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evolution of the cybersecurity solutions portfolio, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or related field.
• 8–10 years delivering cybersecurity services or managed security engagements in the MEA region.
• Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple security domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
