Lead Engineer - Networking

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer – Networking to design, implement and support secure network infrastructure for large‑scale technical security and surveillance projects. The role is pivotal in delivering high‑availability networking solutions that connect sensors, cameras, command centres and other mission‑critical platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of secure IP network infrastructures for security and surveillance solutions.
• Develop network solutions that satisfy operational, cybersecurity, scalability and performance requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between sensors, radars, cameras, VMS, command centres, access‑control, RF and C4ISR platforms.
• Conduct network integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and acceptance activities.
• Produce network design documents, implementation plans and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, security policies and industry best practices.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and provide technical leadership for issue resolution and system optimisation.
• Support project planning, risk management, technical reviews and customer engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer in networking, preferably in security‑focused environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise and security networking, IP communications and cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience with systems integration and delivery of complex projects.
