Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s marketing and sales operations team in the digital technology sector. You will drive out‑bound prospect research, run targeted multi‑channel outreach campaigns, and build a consistent pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for the account executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect Research & List Building: Identify target companies and key decision‑makers (C‑suite, Directors, VPs) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry databases.
• Outreach Execution: Plan and execute cold outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone to generate interest and schedule qualified discovery meetings.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate incoming leads against defined ideal customer profiles (ICP) and qualification frameworks (BANT/MEDDPICC) before routing them to the sales team.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain precise records of all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and touchpoints within HubSpot/Salesforce CRM.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, open rates, response rates, and conversion rates to continuously refine messaging and improve outreach success.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, or sales development (SDR/BDR) within technology, SaaS, or corporate services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong cold‑outreach copywriting capabilities.
• Data‑driven mindset, high attention to detail, and a goal‑oriented attitude focused on meeting weekly/monthly meeting quotas.
