Digital Marketer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Dubai and focuses on planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for a leading real‑estate investment company. The role aims to drive qualified leads, increase brand awareness and support the sales and advisory teams with data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s property portfolio and services.
• Manage social media channels, create digital content tailored to investor audiences and coordinate online advertising across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web and marketing data and prepare reports to guide decision‑making and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably within real‑estate or investment‑focused environments in the UAE.
• Proven ability to generate and nurture qualified leads for high‑value property investments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Immediate availability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage multiple projects.
