Lead Interior Designer

About the role

Danube Properties is seeking a Lead Interior Designer to shape the interior vision of its real‑estate projects in the UAE. You will work closely with architects, developers and key stakeholders to deliver innovative, market‑driven spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop interior design concepts aligned with market trends and project goals.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and stakeholders to integrate design seamlessly into overall project vision.
• Create detailed plans covering space layouts, furniture, material finishes and lighting solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Oversee selection and procurement of FF&E in line with specifications and cost constraints.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and suppliers to coordinate implementation.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of interior design experience with a proven record of leading successful projects.
• Strong conceptualisation, space‑planning and aesthetic judgement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and project‑management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
