Lead OT Cybersecurity Analyst – Sector Domain

About the role

The Lead OT Cybersecurity Analyst will act as the liaison between the OT Security Operations Center (SOC) and the sector, ensuring effective communication and coordination of cybersecurity activities. This role supports incident response, threat hunting, and stakeholder engagement across the sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sector‑specific knowledge for incident response, threat hunting and related activities.
• Coordinate joint efforts between the OT SOC and sector teams, including mutual incident investigations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and security teams.
• Monitor global and sector‑related cybersecurity risks, regulations and standards.
• Answer sector cybersecurity questions, complete questionnaires and support customers.
• Represent the OT SOC as a thought leader in customer and sector discussions.
• Assess adherence to cybersecurity policies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to risk identification, management and reduction initiatives.
• Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or GIAC certification.
• Sector‑related certifications are a plus.
• Strong people and process management abilities.
• Proven program‑management experience (project initiation, scoping, budgeting, risk management, communication).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical, technical, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and lead a team.
