Lead Product Designer

About the role

AI71 is a fast‑growing AI company based in Abu Dhabi, building products around the Falcon AI models. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the user experience of our cutting‑edge AI solutions. In this senior, hands‑on position you will bridge product strategy and visual execution, ensuring complex technology becomes intuitive and user‑centric.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design lifecycle for core applications, from wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence feature prioritisation using design thinking and user research.
• Communicate design vision and rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Facilitate workshops that translate user needs into actionable design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback and iterate continuously.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Champion UX best practices and keep the design culture up‑to‑date with emerging trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of product design experience, preferably in AI or complex technology domains.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design projects from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
