Tailor

About the role

The Tailor is responsible for the care, maintenance and creation of all costume pieces used in shows and special events at Miral Experiences. This role works closely with the Costuming team to ensure high‑quality, show‑ready garments while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and alter existing costumes for productions and events.
• Perform daily laundry tasks, including washing, ironing and steaming costume pieces.
• Build new costumes and overlays from design to finished product, covering pattern making, cutting, stitching and fitting.
• Assist senior tailors and costume technicians with stitching, fitting and prop construction.
• Track inventory of fabrics, trims and accessories, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of professional sewing and tailoring experience.
• Proficiency with hand and machine sewing, including industrial, home and serger machines.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized work habits.
• Good command of written and spoken English and experience working with performers.
