Lead Project Manager

About the role

Finastra, a global leader in financial services software, is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of client‑facing projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to agreed deadlines and client budgets.
• Coordinate resources, consultants, and third‑party contractors.
• Apply change control management and maintain project governance following Finastra PM methodology.
• Produce and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Manage project staff and resources, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, dependencies, and critical path issues.
• Maintain financial responsibility for project profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of end‑to‑end project management experience.
• Fluent in Arabic with native‑level proficiency (highly preferred).
• Experience delivering customer‑facing projects in the financial services or software sector.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
