Lead Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee the integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong leadership across design, supervision and construction phases, ensuring alignment with client expectations and programme objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme, coordinating ICC, designers, supervisors and contractors.
• Own the Programme Management Plan, delivery baselines, integrated master schedule and cost control.
• Champion proactive management of the Programme Risk Register.
• Ensure design supervision and quality across all disciplines.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple consultant interfaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure programmes (transport, roads, utilities, municipal).
• Proven leadership in delivering government or semi‑government projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Background as senior programme/project director in a PMC, consultancy or major contractor.
• B.Sc. in Engineering; PMP, MRICS or Chartered Engineer advantageous.
