Lead Solutions Consultant

About the role

Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with sales and drive revenue growth by designing advanced, AI‑powered solutions on its Unified‑CXM platform. The role blends technical architecture with strategic customer engagement across enterprise contact‑center and marketing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present customized, AI‑driven solutions that integrate data science, automation and agentic AI into customer environments.
• Lead pre‑sales activities such as executive presentations, technical workshops, RFP responses and proof‑of‑concept engagements.
• Architect scalable, high‑performance, cost‑efficient enterprise solutions, including data architecture, API integrations and multi‑/hybrid‑cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and Sprinklr ecosystem partners to validate requirements and deliver “art‑of‑the‑possible” demonstrations.
• Travel up to 40% to engage with key customers in the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise and data architecture, especially within Contact Center/UC environments.
• 5+ years designing solutions on CCaaS platforms and implementing AI‑driven martech/social solutions.
• Fluency in Arabic for the designated territory.
• Proven thought‑leadership through publishing, speaking or industry engagement.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud contact‑center ecosystems such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE and Five9.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, API integration and multi‑/hybrid‑cloud environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in AI‑driven automation, agentic AI and AI‑powered workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
