Learning & Development Internship

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support its L&D team. The role will help create a positive learning environment and contribute to training initiatives that enhance service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and uphold Mandarin Oriental’s Learning & Development standards.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing the hotel’s L&D plan aligned with business priorities.
• Promote a learning culture and publicise development opportunities across the hotel.
• Coordinate, execute, and follow‑up on all training activities, including product knowledge tests and in‑house audits.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, reports, training materials, and the L&D notice board.
• Support colleague recognition initiatives and act as a champion for employee engagement.
