Learning & Development (L&D) Executive / Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Executive or Specialist to lead our employee learning initiatives in Dubai. The role involves managing the LMS, creating engaging training content, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the LMS – set up courses, manage enrollments, run assessments, and generate reports.
• Design and develop e‑learning modules, presentations, quizzes, and other learning materials.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and automate L&D processes.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, working closely with trainers, subject‑matter experts, and participants.
• Manage relationships with OEMs and training vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, discounts, and schedules.
• Prepare L&D presentations, status reports, and updates for senior management.
• Track participation, completion rates, feedback, and overall training effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, HR or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with any LMS platform.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven learning solutions.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
