Leasing Agent – Residential & Commercial Properties

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Leasing Agent to join our Dubai office, handling both residential and commercial rentals. The role involves managing the full leasing cycle, from sourcing tenants to closing agreements, while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and close property rental deals in Dubai.
• Build and maintain a network of owners, investors, and tenants.
• Conduct market research on Dubai’s real‑estate trends and property values.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and financing options.
• Negotiate offers and finalize deals in compliance with RERA and company standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• 1 year or less experience as a real‑estate broker/agent in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional attitude.
