Leasing Manager - Malls and Outlet (14 Months)

About the role

The Leasing Manager will oversee the performance and compliance of food and beverage concession partners across malls and outlet centres in Dubai. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure contractual obligations, revenue targets, operational standards and customer service expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lease contracts, renewals, expiries and commercial obligations while identifying new concepts for business growth.
• Oversee concessionaires to ensure compliance with contracts, KPIs, service standards and coordinate store handovers, fit‑outs and refurbishments.
• Monitor sales, revenue and business performance, analyse financial reports and drive initiatives to improve profitability and customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with concessionaires and internal stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain high operational and customer service standards, implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Conduct health, safety and operational inspections, track corrective actions and keep accurate compliance records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Commerce, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, commercial operations, property or concession management.
• Proven ability to manage commercial contracts, stakeholder relationships and revenue analysis.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in business performance management.
