Property Consultant

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Your extensive industry knowledge and strong communication skills will help build lasting client relationships and close high-value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Facilitate property negotiations and ensure favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Assist clients with the preparation and review of property-related documentation and contracts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow‑up processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Consultant or Adviser in the UAE Real Estate Developer or Brokerage company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
