Legal Contract Manager – Pharmaceutical (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Contract Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company's expanding legal team in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on overseeing the full commercial contract lifecycle across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to execution, renewal, and termination.
• Maintain contract documentation, templates, and governance processes to support legal operations.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Business Development teams to provide timely legal support for business initiatives.
• Monitor contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal risks across multiple markets.
• Coordinate with external counsel and contribute to legal projects, reporting, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification.
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, legal documentation, compliance principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
