Legal Coordinator – Project Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Legal Coordinator to support our legal team on high‑value, multi‑phase projects. The role focuses on contract management, regulatory compliance, and project documentation, ensuring legal alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage project‑related legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements.
• Conduct legal research on regulations, licensing, zoning, and compliance matters relevant to project execution.
• Monitor and support the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and renewal.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Finance to align legal requirements with project objectives.
• Maintain organized legal files, databases, and documentation systems.
• Assist in due‑diligence processes, audits, and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Provide administrative and procedural support to attorneys and legal advisors during project planning and execution.

Required profile

• Paralegal certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Own visa required.
• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or corporate projects.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law related to project development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with document management systems.
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
