About the role

Our client, an investment-focused organization in Dubai, is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in transactions and compliance. The role will support investment transactions, fund activities and regulatory matters, working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on fund investments and transaction structuring.
• Oversee investor onboarding, ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and legal documents related to transactions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage complex transactions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of post‑qualification legal experience.
• Strong background in fund investments, transaction structuring and investor onboarding.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and investment‑related legal matters.
• Commercially minded with ability to deliver practical advice in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
