About the role
Our client, an investment-focused organization in Dubai, is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in transactions and compliance. The role will support investment transactions, fund activities and regulatory matters, working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on fund investments and transaction structuring.
- Oversee investor onboarding, ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Draft, negotiate and review contracts and legal documents related to transactions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage complex transactions.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of post‑qualification legal experience.
- Strong background in fund investments, transaction structuring and investor onboarding.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and investment‑related legal matters.
- Commercially minded with ability to deliver practical advice in a fast‑paced environment.
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
