Legal Representative - Court Liaison Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Representative – Court Liaison Officer to manage court‑related procedures across Dubai Courts and the Northern Emirates. The role involves close coordination with police stations, public prosecution offices, and various judicial authorities to ensure all litigation matters progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and follow up on hearings before Dubai Courts and courts in the Northern Emirates.
• Liaise with police stations, Public Prosecution, courts, and government bodies on ongoing legal matters.
• Monitor case progress through all litigation stages and track procedural deadlines.
• Handle criminal cases, including complaints, investigations, prosecution, and court proceedings.
• Obtain court documents, judgments, hearing minutes, and official records as required.
• Submit and follow up on applications, requests, and procedural filings before relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of court dates, legal deadlines, and case developments.
• Provide regular updates and reports on case status and procedural developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience within the UAE legal sector.
• Strong practical knowledge of Dubai Courts and Northern Emirates procedures.
• Proven experience handling criminal matters before police, prosecution, and courts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with UAE court portals and legal systems.
