Legal Specialist/Manager (Chinese)

About the role

Anton.Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a qualified Legal Specialist/Manager to join its Dubai team. The role supports the company’s oilfield technology services across the Middle East, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation for all business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise daily operating contracts and agreements, including procurement, service, labor and lease contracts.
• Provide legal support for overseas projects, especially in the Middle East, identifying risks and offering compliance advice.
• Assist in handling disputes and resolving conflicts with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Monitor changes in UAE and regional laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Help establish and improve the internal compliance management system and standardize legal processes.
• Coordinate external law firms for litigation, arbitration and other legal matters.
• Support business expansion by participating in contract negotiations and delivering on‑site legal assistance.
• Perform other legal‑related tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law and a valid Judicial Examination/Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience; overseas or Middle‑East experience is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese (mandatory) and proficient in English for written and spoken communication.
• Strong knowledge of contract, labor and company law, with the ability to handle contracts independently.
• Logical thinking, high responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work long‑term in Dubai and adapt to a cross‑cultural environment.
