Licensed Aircraft Engineer - Line Maintenance

About the role

Emirates Engineering is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join its line‑maintenance team in Dubai. The role involves performing routine maintenance and defect rectification on Emirates’ Airbus and Boeing fleet, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks in accordance with approved Technical Publications, AMM and IPC.
• Perform defect diagnosis, troubleshooting and component replacement while adhering to safety and quality procedures.
• Handle off‑aircraft activities such as spares management, tool control and documentation of all work performed.
• Verify that personal licences and approvals are current and applicable to the aircraft types being serviced.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any safety or quality issues using company reporting tools.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to ensure seamless information flow and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Valid aircraft engineering licence recognised by the GCAA.
• Experience with line‑maintenance on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft technical documentation and regulatory procedures.
• Ability to work on shift patterns and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
