Car Detailing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Car Detailing Supervisor to lead our detailing team at ALBA CARS in Dubai. You will organise daily work, ensure vehicles meet showroom standards, and coordinate with multiple departments to keep preparation on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily detailing tasks based on vehicle priorities and handover deadlines.
• Supervise interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and final vehicle preparation.
• Inspect completed vehicles, arrange rework, and report any damage or condition concerns.
• Coordinate with After Sales, Workshop, Operations, and Sales teams to maintain schedule.
• Train detailers on techniques, safe product use, and presentation standards.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Keep clear records of completed work and outstanding tasks.

Required profile

• Proven automotive detailing experience, including leading or supervising a team.
• Strong eye for detail and consistent quality‑control approach.
• Ability to organise multiple vehicles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and practical problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Knowledge of vehicle interiors.
• Expertise in paintwork detailing.
• Familiarity with detailing products and safe cleaning methods.
